Technical Payment Principal

– Hồ Chí Minh: Cao ốc Hoàng Việt, 34 Hoàng Việt, Phường 4, Quận Tân Bình, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

This role will provide support for Payments Strategy development and implementation, through supporting the delivery of project change and improvements to payment processes in accordance with the Finviet’s defined strategic and risk appetite. You will lead on change initiatives and be an essential point of contact for the business on all things payments architecture. For this role you must have experience of payments architecture and change projects.
Your primary focus will be to build and enhance the payment (including payment gateway and ewallet) system, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the business team.
Carry out analysis and make recommendations based on knowledge of the payments industry and best practise in order to inform decision making at a senior level.
Complete horizon scanning and gap / impact analysis for regulatory and industry consultations and changes.
Collation and management of the Payment Key Risk Appetite submissions.
Develop and maintain an understanding of payments industry activities in order to provide specialist support and advice to strategic Payment projects
Build and maintain effective relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to support the effective provision of solutions, advice and guidance.

Knowledge of payment processes, procedures and payment schemes.
Strong knowledge of the Ewallet & Payment sectors. Experience in the payments industry and/or with payments-related products.
Good knowledge of payment operations and supporting systems, including the integrating systems with the other partners (banks, merchants…).
Good understanding of payment scheme rules and regulations.
Good stakeholder management at all levels.
Ability to communicate effectively at senior level, in a style appropriate to audience.
More than 10 years of experience working in Software Development.
Have a good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in develop and scale a large system with thousands of concurrent requests.
Understanding microservice architecture and related tools/systems (deployment, monitor, alert, tracking…).
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding security standards, especially which related to payment (PCIDSS, OWASP…) and risk management.
Good planning skills, highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure
