Mô tả công việc

Plan and implement Digital Marketing strategies: Propose and implement online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Zalo Ads, and other channels to serve 2 main customer groups: traditional grocery stores and consumers

SEO & SEM: Manage and optimize SEO and SEM to enhance the company’s position on search engines, converting them into app downloads. (Eco Merchant and Eco Consumer)

Develop Tiktok channel: Plan and coordinate the implementation of Tiktok channel including working with internal team and agency.

Monitor campaigns with agency: Monitor and supervise the entire digital campaign including brief, methods and implementation results when the project is managed by the agency. At the same time, propose changes, ideas or replacement of digital channels if any.

Analysis and reporting: Statistics, analysis, monitoring and evaluation of advertising data, effectiveness and campaign costs to propose appropriate solutions and campaigns.

Budget management: Manage Digital Marketing budget, ensure effective spending and maximize ROI.

Research and analyze competitors: Continuously monitor and analyze competitors’ Digital Marketing strategies to make appropriate adjustments for the company.

Update new trends: Always update with new trends in the field of Digital Marketing and apply appropriate changes to the company’s campaigns.

Coordinate with internal teams and other departments to implement related campaigns.

Requests as directed by the department head.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Economics, Foreign Affairs or related majors
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and experience in FMCG and Technology companies.
  • Data analysis and processing skills, report building, data driven thinking.
  • Understanding of UI/UX
  • Multitasking with diverse departments.
  • Self-directed, creative and able to work independently to focus on results.
  • Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, Outlook…)
