Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Architect (TA) or Solution Architect (SA). The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Microservices, and large-scale distributed systems in the Fintech or Supply Chain domains. You will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance, and resilient architectures that support millions of users and transactions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Architect and design large-scale, highly available, and high-performance systems that handle millions of concurrent users and transactions.
• Implement scalable microservices using Node.js or Java, Pythod and Microservices architecture.
• Define architecture principles, patterns, and best practices for high-load and mission-critical applications.
• Lead the adoption of asynchronous communication, event-driven architecture, and real-time processing.
• Ensure horizontal scalability of microservices using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Service Meshes).
• Optimize database sharding, indexing, and caching strategies for high-traffic applications.
• Implement observability and monitoring frameworks for real-time system health tracking using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Improve fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and auto-scaling mechanisms.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Business Leaders to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, DevOps, and security teams to implement architectural decisions.
• Engage with third-party vendors and technology partners for integrations and technology adoption.
• Exposure to multi-tenancy and SaaS architectures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Technical Architect (TA) or Solution Architect (SA).
• At least 8+ years in Software Engineering, with a strong background in backend development and system design.

Technical Expertise:

• Large-Scale Distributed Systems – Experience designing low-latency, high-throughput, and globally distributed architectures.
• Microservices Architecture – Strong expertise in Kubernetes, API gateways (Kong, Apigee)….
• Backend Development with Node.js – Hands-on experience with NestJS, Express.js, or Fastify for scalable applications.
• Database Scaling & Optimization – Expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis), and distributed databases (CockroachDB, TiDB, ScyllaDB).
• Event-Driven Architecture – Experience with Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ, or AWS EventBridge.
• Security & Compliance – Knowledge of JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, IAM, RBAC, and data encryption.
