Senior/Lead Node.js Backend Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for a Senior/Lead Node.js Backend Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. 
• Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. 
• You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years’ experience working in Software Development
• Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript
• Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks available for it 
• Experience in REST API, Web socket
• Experience in Mongo, ActiveMq
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance 
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Being able to reading/writing in English
• Good planning skills
• Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure

Nice to have

• Experience with server side such as .NET, PHP, Java
• Experience in ReactJS/React Native, Angular is a big plus
• Having knowledge of Caching Engine, Elastic search is a big plus
• Having knowledge of Microservices is a big plus

• Location: 9th floor, 34 Hoang Viet, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh
• Time: Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00, Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00
