Route To Market (RTM)/DMS Manager is responsible for establishing, optimizing, and operating the distribution strategy to maximize the company’s reach, efficiency, and business performance. A key focus of this role is the design, implementation, and management of the Distribution Management System (DMS), which improves the ability to monitor, control, and analyze distribution data.
JOB DESCRIPTION
RTM Strategy & DMS System
- Develop and implement Route To Market strategy to optimize distribution and sales performance.
- Design, implement and manage DMS system, ensuring tight integration with the company’s ERP, CRM and BI systems.
- Develop process for collecting, managing and analyzing data from DMS system to optimize distribution operations.
- Integrate digital technologies and AI into DMS system to improve demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Ensure security and stability of DMS system, in accordance with technology and legal standards.
- Expand customer base (brands) using DMS Eco to connect with Eco Platform
Manage and optimize the distribution system for customers and internally:
- Ensure 100% DMS deployment to partners/customers as required
- Consult/Build optimal distribution models based on market data analysis and customer needs for both internally and customers.
- Manage the network of distributors, agents, partners and sales teams to ensure coverage and effectiveness of RTM.
- Periodically evaluate the performance of the distribution system, propose and implement improvement initiatives.
- Establish a mechanism to monitor and control distribution activities to minimize risks and fraud in the system.
- Gradually introduce/deploy additional services of Eco Platform: Eco merchant/consumer
Team Management & Training
- Build and develop RTM staff, DMS design and construction team to improve each stage according to business needs.
- Motivate, set KPI and monitor team performance to ensure business goals are achieved.
- Maintain work performance and train employees to complete the job
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:
- University degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce or Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in implementing and managing DMS systems is required.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM and data analysis systems (BI, AI).
Required skills:
- Deep expertise in DMS systems, including setup, operation and optimization.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to optimize distribution operations.
- Presentation and customer persuasion skills
- Leadership, team building and human resource development skills.
- Negotiation and relationship building skills with distribution partners.
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and adaptability to change.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
