JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Consumer Manager to lead the growth and development of the ECO Consumer segment within the Finviet ecosystem. This role plays a key part in shaping product strategy, driving user acquisition and engagement, and expanding Finviet’s value proposition through strategic partnerships across the supply and demand chains.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Market Development
- Define and execute growth strategies for the ECO Consumer segment.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and product/service enhancement for end consumers in the digital financial ecosystem.
Consumer Insights & Product Optimization
- Conduct market research and analyze data to understand consumer needs, behavior, and emerging
- Work closely with the Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve user experience and customer journey.
- Translate insights into actionable initiatives to improve onboarding, product usage, and satisfaction metrics.
Partnership & Ecosystem Integration
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with upstream (e.g., suppliers, service providers, financial institutions) and downstream (e.g., retailers, digital channels, aggregators) stakeholders.
- Co-create and integrate joint offerings with partners to deliver a seamless, end-to-end consumer experience.
- Develop partnership playbooks, performance metrics, and incentive models to ensure partner alignment and scalability.
Consumer Acquisition & Retention Execution
- Design and lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns including partner-driven promotions, digital marketing, referral initiatives, and field activations.
- Own the full consumer funnel: from onboarding to activation, repeat usage, and long-term retention.
- Analyze funnel performance, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize strategies to hit growth targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5 – 7 years of experience in Consumer Development, Growth, or Partnership Management, preferably in Fintech, E-commerce, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and driving user-centric product strategies.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital financial services, and ecosystem development.
- Experience in building partnerships across both supply-side and demand-side channels.
- Proficient in data analysis, strategic planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, agility in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to think both strategically and tactically.

- Time: Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00, Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00
