Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze and understand payment and cross-border payment workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Develop payment integration projects with e-wallets, banks and end-users at the beginning to go-to-market phase.
• Develop partnership models with domestic and international payment partners, including banks and payment platforms.
• Plan and execute promotion campaigns as scheduled.
• Measure, track, and manage sales targets and budgets for assigned locations.
• Conduct field visits to branches to assess and ensure the proper implementation of agency banking strategies, policies, and compliance.
• Monitor and update project progress, coordinating with relevant departments to meet deadlines and quality standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4 years of experience working in Fintech companies, banks, or financial institutions
• Understand the payment integration projects with e-wallets, banks and end-users
• Proven experience in project management, monitoring, and cross-department collaboration.
• Proficient in handling legal procedures and project documentation.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of partnership models between payment platform, banking institutions
• In-depth knowledge of payment workflows, including transaction processing and risk management.
• Proficient in English for communication
• Excellent time management, progress tracking, and project reporting skills.

• Time: Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00, Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00
