Job Description
- Understand & integrate data from multiple sources to identify key issues/opportunities for business
- Support Head of Business Development in the design and delivery of market research projects:
- Determine optimal research plan and method
- Conduct and co-ordinate the project with the research Wholesaler
- Interpret and communicate key findings and recommendations
- Monthly tracking market share & consumer behavior to highlight key hotspot to improve brand performance
- Proactively engage with business partners to drive insight into actions
Requirements
- Background from Fintech or FMCG company (MNC)
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant major
- At least 2 year experience working in Data Analyst or Market Research
- Strong ability to articulate and demonstrated good business minded judgment
- Strong Passion for consumer, curious, creative and insightful
- Young, dynamic, enthusiasm, good attitude
