LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE FINVIET 2024

The highly anticipated Finviet Leadership Conference this year was a resounding success, held at the prestigious Melia Ho Tram resort from June 27 to 29, 2024. The event united the Board of Directors (BOD), managers, and team leaders from diverse business units and departments. Notably, the addition of two new Japanese representatives signified the strengthening of our strategic partnership with our investor for the forthcoming phase.

LOOKING BACK AT THE FIRST HALF OF 2024

The conference was an incredible opportunity for every business unit and department to come together and celebrate their achievements from the first half of 2024, discuss the challenges that require collective support, and unveil their exciting plans for the remainder of the year. Our primary objective is to triumphantly deliver the first fully integrated operational and financial solution for the M2C supply chain in Vietnam. We are all eager to work collaboratively and make this goal a reality!

The BOD reminded each team member that a leader’s role goes beyond guiding their department to success. A true leader also has the ability to connect, share, motivate, and inspire the entire organization to work towards the shared mission of Finviet and the ECO platform.

Following moments of deep contemplation and animated conversation, the team set off on a thrilling adventure to conquer Minh Đạm Mountain in Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu. We delighted in savoring the freshest local seafood paired with cold beers, and relished a rejuvenating and bonding experience amidst the invigorating ocean breeze.

Looking forward to the 2025 Leadership Bonding season with new achievements and renewed energy. Wishing all Finviet leaders continued perseverance as they move forward!
